Eagles FC was managing a growing football club across multiple age groups (UPSL first team, U-15, U-14, U-13, U-11) using a patchwork of spreadsheets, social media posts, and email chains. Match fixtures, squad rosters, player registrations, merchandise sales, and ticket management were all handled manually across disconnected tools.
They needed a unified platform that could serve as the public face of the club while also powering the operational backend — from managing 135+ player profiles across 10+ development pathways to selling tickets and merchandise online.

We built a comprehensive club management platform:
Match & fixture management — Live upcoming matches with opponent details, league info, and kick-off times. Full results tracking with scores, match reviews, and league standings across all age groups.
Squad roster system — Player profiles with photos, jersey numbers, and positions for each team. CMS-managed so coaching staff can update rosters without developer involvement.
Integrated ecommerce shop — Club merchandise store with product listings, sizing, and secure checkout. Branded experience that drives revenue beyond match-day income.
Ticketing system — Online ticket purchasing for home matches with seat selection and digital delivery. Eliminates manual ticket management and provides attendance analytics.
